Install problem

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hello.

I installed 5.7.2.1 and created a new project. I manually installed ANITYA into the packages directory and unzipped. (automatic install would not work and kept getting "ZIP ARCHIVE not found" error). Linked the theme to the project, etc.

When I go into edit mode and change theme from ENVIRONMENTAL to ANITYA and save, the result is a weird mix of the two themes. None of the sliders and animation works like on your demo site. I can't figure out what's wrong or why my blank new site looks nothing like your demo site. Can you help?

I've attached a screen shot of what the home page looks like after applying ANITYA.

Thanks.

Heino

Yes, it's about Custom templates that you need to apply on different blocks.

I read those already. Seriously, I've spent HOURS with this template and I cannot get it to work properly.

You should consider having your template be built just like your demo, with all of the demo images in place, etc. Then it would be an easy thing to just go in a replace your images with my own. As it is now, it's just a confusing mess of empty blocks that don't behave like your demo when I add my own images. I've had an extremely frustrating time with this template so far. Your was not helpful.

Hi,

Please ask the concrete core devlopper to rebuild a way to make starting point for theme devlopper. It's not my fault, incan't build the code to make a site like my demo. Anyway, very soon i will install a site like the demo with a public admin access, you will understand how thinks work
