Missing page location... and logo is streched in IE11

Hi,
When I added a new page type and included on the form the page location, it shows up blank and consequently I cannot add it as a page/subpage.
Also in IE 11 the title does not scale correctly....
Any ideas on how to resolve these issues?

Sorry for the delay.
For the composer issue, you need to add a block from composer into your page-type default to avoid this message. this is not a error but normal behavior.
For the scaling, can you send me a normal scaling because i don't see where the image is not fine.

see attached image. On the left is IE11 and on the right is chrome. You can see the image for some reason isn't scaled in IE.
Any ideas?

E 9-11 do not support referencing external svg files via <use xlink:href>

Am I right in assuming there is no easy fix for this? I would prefer not to use jpg/png for resolution reasons.
