How to change H1, etc to upper and lower case

I'm not familiar with grid base system compared to the older not grid.
I've been trying to find out where to change Headings 1 and others from AllCaps to normal sentence mode that accepts upper and lower case letters.
Also I am trying to align the main nav to the left of right in the costume template but I could not make to align right. The best I can do is to choose no template to make it appear to align right.
I am sure the answer is somewhere there.

Be warned that the site is facing frequent breakdown problem.
This site was old already but I am redoing using Bluemagnet.
BTW I tried to experiment making in 1,200px wide, Yeah I did it but the layout was a mess. I will try it again. If only you an option to do a 1,200px width -- that would be perfect.

The Headings of Blu magnet theme uses a Bebas Neue font which is by default will capitalize all the letters. So there is no way you can have a normal uppercase and lowercase letter combination for your headings not unless you will opt to change the font.
About the main nav. It will automatically align right the elements of the navigation when using auto-nav block. Can you provide the link so that I can check on it.
