HOme page background image on IE 11

In IE 11, when I scroll down the background image jumps or appears to flash" This occurs on thehttp://crimson57.c5studio.co.uk/... site in IE 11 as well. Is there a work around, is this a known issue with IE?

I can't get the video to upload, times out.
I'm running IE ver 11.494.10586.0 update version 11.0.33 on WIndows 10.
I rebooted no change, also I check on another computer in IE same effect.

Im using ie11 and can't seem to replicate the issue. Can you send screenshots or a video?
