Permalink Browser Info Environment
I received an error message when installing "concrete5 8.5.0"&"Crimson 5.7 Theme" a new server.

Use of undefined constant pkg - assumed 'pkg' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP)

Hello Hidehiko-san,

We've confirmed the issue for PHP 7.2.14. We've updated the theme to fix this bug. Can you please update the theme on your site and confirm that it's working now?

Many thanks,
Mary

Hello, Mary
Thank you for your quick reply.

According to my confirmation, the installed version was 1.2.6.

Please tell me how to update the theme.

I'm sorry, I'm not good at English.

Hi HidehikoMICHIHIRO,

You may update the theme by going to Dashboard > Extend Concrete5 > Add functionality.
It should be shown there that Crimson has an available update.

Please let me know how it goes.

Kind regards,
Mary

Dear Mary

It can not be updated from [Dashboard]-[Concrete 5 Extensions]-[Add functionality]

Can not download the latest package of the theme?

Sorry many times.

Hi HidehikoMICHIHIRO,

No worries.

Do you have CURL installed on your webserver? If your webserver doesn't have CURL installed, you may not be able to do the automatic install. Please follow the guidelines on Manual Installation here:

By Hand (Installing Manually)
https://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/how_to_install_add_ons_and_the...

Kind regards,
Mary

Hi,Mary

I tried it as taught by you, but I can not update from the website.
Is it because the file was installed via FTP?
(www>packages>ds_crimson57)

Is there a mechanism to download the latest file from somewhere?

Thanks

Hi Hidehiko,

Have you tried following the instructions for "Refreshing an Add-on" on this page:
https://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/how_to_install_add_ons_and_the...

It's found near the bottom of the page.

By following the instructions on "Refreshing an Add-on", you should be able to download an archive of the Crimson theme with the new version 1.3.0.

Regards,
Mary

Hi, Mary

It was completed.

The "Download Archive"button that did not appear on the screen was displayed while repeating the operation many times.

Thank you for your support.
