New user here. Getting an error when installing. Where can I download the zip for this and manually upload to server?

"The package could not be installed:

There was an error unpacking the file. Perhaps you have not uploaded a valid zip file, or you do not have zip installed.
To install the package manually:

Download the the package from here.
Upload and unpack the package on your web server. Place the unpacked files in the packages directory of the root of your concrete5 installation.
Go to the the Add Functionality page in your concrete5 Dashboard.
Click the Install button next to the package name."

Hi There,

Thanks for your purchase of our theme, and sorry to hear you are having some problems.

If you head on over to your concrete5.org account, on the right in your profile page, you should see a "Licenses" link, on this page you should then be able to download an archive of your purchased theme.

If you need some direction doing a manual install, as it sounds like your web server does not have CURL installed, you can find some useful info here:

http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/how_to_install_add_ons_and_the...

If you require any more help, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Regards

David

I hope I'm not losing my vision, because I can't find a download link anywhere on the license page. All I see is a disclaimer and terms. Is it suppose to be an icon or a link somewhere? Left right side?

Hi There yes there should be a big blue button with "download archive" on it, if its easier for you I can send you a zip file with the theme in it, you just need to unzip it and upload it to your "Packages" directory in your Concrete5 instillation.

Let me know if you want to try some more with the licenses etc or you just want the theme?

If you want to crack the licenses issue it might be worth contacting Julia from the core team, she can sort this kind of stuff out a lot easier than me as she has all sorts of access to your profile that I dont have, you can PM her here:

Let me know how you want to proceed.

Sorry one thing to try first, if your license for the theme has a red "Release from project" button, hit that, then the download link should appear

this how to explains it better:

I found the release from project button, but all it asks me to do now is to associate it with a project.

Also, when I go to my dashboard, I see the download button, but I get this error message:

The following errors occurred when attempting to process your request:
There was an error unpacking the file. Perhaps you have not uploaded a valid zip file, or you do not have zip installed.

Ok, In that case there sounds like there is something wrong with your profile, it nothing to do with the theme this is a concrete5.org issue, I have no power over the backend workings of Concrete5 what so ever, so you will need to get in touch with Julia and get that looked at.

I have sent over the theme in a zip for you.

Sorry your having these problems, I can assure you using the marketplace is normally a very smooth operation.

I don't see the big blue button anywhere. It would be great if you could just send the zip to my email: daniel@comfortinnriverside.com

I'm not too sure what you mean by crack the licenses issue, so I'm sure I don't need assistance?

Thanks!
