Banner Size Not Changing

Hello all,
I'm rather new to the game here but I have a difficult situation going on. I am now running a website (gwangjunewsgic.com) which is using Featurist. I can't seem to change the size of the banner logo even after changing the size of the .png file. Where can I go to change this and if possible, may I have detailed directions on how to do so? I can't seem to enter the support page because I didn't actually buy Featurist. The person who was running the website before me bought it.
Any help would be amazing!

Are you talking about the actual Gwangju News logo in the header? Or something else? If the Gwangju News logo, try going to Dashboard -> Scrapbook -> Global scrapbook and then edit the My_Site_Name block (that should be where the logo is). Or you can just replace the logo image in the file manager with the resized one. You might want to clear your site's cache too after doing this because the old image might be cached in. To do that go to Dashboard -> Sitewide Settings and click the Clear Cache button on the right hand side down towards the bottom.
