It appears to me that you use the Foundation Framework instead of Bootstrap. Is that true? I love Foundation and this would be a big sales plus for me.

Yes, this theme uses the 'Foundation' framework. If you are using the latest version of concrete5 then the Fundamental theme would be a better option:
