Cannot connect to community at all to install theme.

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I installed concrete5 and can easily use and customize the base theme that comes with it. I bought your theme, and I cannot install it because it wont connect to the community. Wants me to update a database and I cannot do that.

If you can provide me with steps, I will follow them. Otherwise, I would be unable to install this theme and would request a refund. I am using version 5.5. Please see attached picture for exactly what it is asking of me.

I know very basic programming, but am unaware of what to do with what it is asking me. According to the information i have, I am running the most current version of concrete5.

You do not need to be able to connect to the marketplace to use this theme.

Simply un-assign it from your project and then there will be a link to download the package manually form your licenses page.

Once downloaded, upload the unzipped folder in to your root packages folder in your concrete5 installation. You can then install this.
