Centre background image

Permalink Browser Info Environment
This is slightly bugging me. I have replaced the image in Header Image Full on the Home page but on a large monitor (24 inch) it stubbonly insists on being alinged to the left. I have tried editing the design of the section but by the look of it unless I give it a background image (which I don't really want to do) I can't centre it. Not a major thing but it's bugging me.
