Location of custom settings?

Question:
I had to completely reinstall 8.5.5 in the root /public_html/ folder because moving the all the files over from /public_html/newsite folder produced errors.
Anyway, once installed I modified database.php to point to the DB of the new site - and copied the /packages folder over to the root install.
However, I noticed that none of the customizations I had done to the Theme under your Fundamental Theme Settings carried over to the root install. Is there another file that saves these settings, other than the database or in your packages/fundamental folder?
