Hello,

I'm not sure that I understand the question. If you mean you want to download the theme files manually, you can do so by logging into your concrete5 account at
http://www.concrete5.org/login

Then click on your user name top right > Click on Transactions > Licences > Download Archive next to the Juniper theme thumbnail.

If you have assigned the licence to a project, you will need to first unassign it in order to be able to download the archive. To do this, you need to click on Projects > choose the appropriate licence and click "Release from Project".

I hope this answers your question. If not, please describe which files you mean and what you are trying to do.

Thanks,

Jennifer

Hi

I'm sorry but I have not come across that error message before, and I do not know what is the issue there. If you have just added your Juniper theme, you could test to see whether it is related to the theme or not by deactivating Juniper theme and then trying again.

If it is not related to the theme, you could try installing a fresh version of concrete5 in case you have a problem with the installation.

If it is a bug that is unrelated to the theme you can report it here:

Thank you,

Jennifer
