v1.0.1 - April 25, 2011 - Small css change and add php to hide home page on sub pages.

v1.1 - October 29, 2011 - changed location of site name/logo, took out of sidebar. Changed css to accommodate. Modified typography css. added auto image resize to logo image: 270 wide max, height auto.

v1.2 - November 2, 2011 - Changed menu to show home page all the time. Modified the CSS to modify the display of the sidebar and changed menu system to show subpages.
