drop down menus stop working when screen width ~990px

I have noticed a pretty important glitch with the #navbar menu that makes the drop-downs stop working. It appears to happen when the screen width hits 990px wide where the style sheet seems to change from one set of styles to another. This happens at the same time the #navbar jumps to a second row- it's when it's on the second row (below #navbar-header) that the menu dropdowns stop displaying.
IMPORTANT; this is also happening on the "live demo" site for motif, not just on my use of motif theme on my website.
We would really appreciate your help resolving this glitch please...

My apologies if this is a really stupid question, but it's unclear to me how to update the theme. Is there a download that we can access somewhere?
I'm relatively new to concrete and I've tried searching theme documentation, etc. etc. but without much joy. I'd really appreciate some guidance, please.

Hi Caroline,
You should automatically receive packages updates if you are already connected to the community. So please check the update page under /dashboard/extend/update where you can find all available updates.
Try to clear the cache If you don't find any update there.

Hi again Hamed - thanks for your ongoing help.
I have cleared my site and browser caches as suggested but going to /dashboard/extend/update doesn't show any updates available.
My project is registered through the concrete marketplace/account and the Motif theme is assigned to that project. I can see through my site dashboard that motif v1.0.0 is installed and all seems okay.
I've attached a couple of screenshots to show you what i see in case it helps.
Sorry for the ongoing hassle. Hopefully I've just missed a really simple step in the process but would appreciate your guidance...

I have cleared my site and browser caches as suggested but going to /dashboard/extend/update doesn't show any updates available.
My project is registered through the concrete marketplace/account and the Motif theme is assigned to that project. I can see through my site dashboard that motif v1.0.0 is installed and all seems okay.

Unfortunately we’ve still had no luck. Cleared caches again etc. but still nothing shows up in “Update Add-ons”.

Looks like there is an issue in the marketplace, you can download the package and upload it manually

Sorry for potentially another stupid question, but we can't see where/how to download the package directly. Could you please PM or email a zip file please?
If I go to the licenses section for my concrete account I can see "Download Archive" for a range of other add-ons that I have purchased and are not currently in use. However, as I am currently using/installed the v.1.0.0 of Motif (so have "0 available licenses"), no download link is available for Motif. ...and I'm really not inclined to uninstall the theme from my site to see if a download becomes available.
Emailing a direct download link or attachment would be much appreciated.
