I am very excited to be connected with you on Concrete5, and am very impressed with your beautiful Palette theme. Thank you very much for creating it, and then lovingly sharing it, for free, with others. Thank you very much for all that you do for others. You are greatly appreciated.
I have repeatedly uninstalled and then reinstalled a brand new Concrete5 installation using Softaculous, and then connected the Palette theme. Repeatedly yesterday and today, I am unable to put the Palette theme into the new Concrete5 installation. I am given this message:
Invalid marketplace item ID.
I hope to hear from you about what to do. Is there something that can be done, or should I choose another C5 theme?
