Adding animation

I have a potentially stupid question.
I would like to add animation to certain block but I can't seem to figure it out.
As it isn't shown here:https://marketplace.concretecms.com/marketplace/themes/pixel/blocks-...
I thought its just a matter of adding animate__animated and then animate__(the animation required) class to the design & block template.
But it doesn't seem to work that way. I can see I have a file named animation.less so it means the theme provides for?
Can you let me know what I should do?
By the way this is a great theme.. Just needs playing around with it :-)

Unfortunately, at present, the theme doesn't have an animation feature.
