Changes in core Concrete5 files?

Permalink Browser Info Environment

We have recently purchased this theme to use on our website and I'm trying to get our web developer to install it. Before he does, he has asked me to post these questions for you:

(1) When you install this theme, does it change/edit/delete any of the Concrete5 core files that would prevent us from upgrading our Concrete5 in the future or would cause security issues?

(2) Which directories does it affect, and does it edit/replace anything?

Thanks, appreciate the response!
