We have bought from you the template Pixel2 for concrete5 and wanted to ask if you plan an update to concrete version 9, for various security reasons.

Its not clear to me when or if this theme will be upgraded to support Concrete v9 and PHPv8. I would not expect it to happen by November 22nd. Given that reality, I think you should consider moving to a web host that offers long term support (LTS) for php 7.4. This is not uncommon as there are several engineering groups dedicated to making sure older version of PHP remain safe and secure.
