How to change Portfolio in Pixel

I have already purchased the the theme and building with it.
I can't seem to find where to change the Portfolio details or make my own portfolio pages that can correspond to the client i am building a site for.

For adding a new portfolio just another page with "Portfolio Project" type. This page type contains a few attributes related to each portfolio.
