How to Edit homepage

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I know how to build websites with HTML and CSS but I'm new to using Concrete5. I am using the Pixel 2 theme. I can see where to change the navigation bar for the other pages, but how do I change it on the homepage. In the demo for that them, I would like to use the Home 2 navigation style. But I cannot figure out where to change it.

Hi Carolyn,
Go to `Sitemap` and drag the page for which you want to substitute onto `Home` page & select `Replace "Home" with a copy of "Services" `.

So it doesn't give me any "Replace" option. Here's what I did:

1. Select "Sitemap"
2. On "Full Sitemap" under "Starting Pages", I dragged "Home-2" to "Home".

But instead of giving me a "Replace" option here are the 3 options it gives me:
1. Move "Home 2" beneath "Home" (then there is a checkbox for Save old page path)
2. Alias "Home 2" beneath "Home" - Pages appear in both locations; all edits to originals will be reflected in their alias.
3. Copy "Home 2" beneath "Home" - Your copy operation will only affect the current page - not any children.

I attached a screenshot. I first tried Move, but then it moved the page beneath Home and added it to my navigation bar as "Home 2". Then I tried Copy which does just that it does the same as Move accept creates a copy of instead of moving it out of "Starting Pages".

All 3 options say it will be moved "beneath" Home, nothing about replacing "Home". So not sure why I don't have that option.

This feature (replacing home page) has been introduced in 8.5. As you are using an older version of concrete5, you have to copy/paste all blocks in `home-2` to your home page. Or I believe it is best to upgrade to the latest version of c5, 8.5.2.
