Image Slider block with owl template NOT responsive

The whale slider at the top works great... but the core slider with pixel owl template in the footer is not responsive in mobile. Here is the current production link...http://gleason-companies.com/dixon2022/index.php...

The owl slider template for the core block is not entirely responsive. You should use the theme slider block if you need better responsiveness.
The problem with that is I can't have a theme slider in the header and footer on the same page it appears, or I just get a blank slider.

I attached a new template for the core image slider block. The template needs to be copied to "\application\blocks\image_slider\templates\".
Then like before, specify an optimum height for the slider on the "Pixel Options: Blocks: Image Sliders". The slider height should adjust its height on different screens.
It's not perfect by any means, but it should do.
