Styles in Content block do not seem to work

Since applying theme when changing text in a Content block to another style, there seems to be no change in the rendering of this text, that is the style does not seem to be applied.

What I mean is that the style does not render, the text remains plain even after the style is applied. See attachment, I have written the name of the style in the text I have applied the style to.
Please note we are a customer, this is not a pre sales question. thanks.
