Unable to add CTA and other custom blocks

Permalink Browser Info Environment
When I try to add custom blocks that come with the theme, nothing happens. No errors, just no dialog box to comfigure the block. No console errors.

Also, in the Add Block pane, your theme's blocks have no title and a generic icon.

Hi,
It should be something wrong with the installation/updating process.
Did you upgrade from lower versions to 2.4? Or install the 2.4.0? Could confirm the process has gone through completely? [Instructions Page: #36]

Hi. I did a search for Pixel in the logs and there were no entries.
I recently upgraded from 2.2 to 2.4.

If I uninstall and reinstall the theme, could I lose blocks in some custom areas? Is so, is there an alternative?

My max execution time was set to 300 seconds before I ran the upgrade.

Thanks.

It seems your theme hasn't been updated properly. If you have a database backup, you can move back and upgrade it again with a higher execution time.

By uninstalling the theme, you would lose custom blocks.

You can send me your host/site credentials via private msg and I will take a look and see if I could fix it manually.

Cheers,
