homepage crashing

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi There

I have been editing the website that I installed and then installed the dummy content into.

It now crashes when I try and update a block on the homepage , eg page list to look at another folder, or reorder the blog list to sitemap order.

Error message beginning is:

An exception occurred while executing 'insert into CollectionVersionBlocks (arHandle, cbRelationID, cbOverrideAreaPermissions, cbIncludeAll, cbOverrideBlockTypeCacheSettings, cbOverrideBlockTypeContainerSettings, cbEnableBlockContainer, isOriginal, cbDisplayOrder, cID, cvID, bID) select arHandle, cbRelationID, cbOverrideAreaPermissions, cbIncludeAll, cbOverrideBlockTypeCacheSettings, cbOverrideBlockTypeContainerSettings, cbEnableBlockContainer, 0, cbDisplayOrder, ?, ?, CollectionVersionBlocks.bID from CollectionVersionBlocks where CollectionVersionBlocks.cID = ? and CollectionVersionBlocks.cvID = ?' with params [1, 851, 1, "850"]:

SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '1-851-63-Main1' for key 'PRIMARY'

Can you please help
Many thanks
Mara

Hi Mara,

The mentioned problem is related to Concrete CMS core and not related to our theme.

Try to delete the crashed page version from Sitemap and redo your changes,
hope this will fix your issue.

If it doesn't, you can ask for a pro support via the following link:

Hello

The page was the homepage, so a bit difficult to delete lol. Somehow there were over 80 versions of the homepage, we managed to delete the versions and get rid of the glitch.

I have since installed the theme without the dummy content and haven't experienced any such issue.

And we're buying the theme again! So it's on it's way.

Thank you for your time
