slider is not rotating images

I have just installed this theme and added (3) images to the slider on home page. slider rotation delay is (5) seconds, but it neither rotating nor the next / previous button work and ideas

You have to clear the site cache which is one of the options on the dashboard. Clear the cache and then wait a few moments, publish your site and then it should work.
It's under the Sitewide settings - hit the Clear Cache button.
