Download of Seren

I could not download Seren from concrete5.org to my connected site after purchase. I was able to download other themes with no issues. When I clocked the download manual option, it came back around to the main Seren site page for purchase. Can you check the download on the site.

I saw in another message how to detach the license and download the files manually. When I do that, I get a 25k file that when I try to expand it fails as an invalid archive. It feels like i am downloading the empty .zip container with no files inside.

We are just investigating this problem, and apologise for any inconvenience. We have had other clients experience this problem yesterday. I am wondering if there is a temporary issue on concrete5.org, as before yesterday we have not heard of any issues downloading our themes.
If you like, you can pm us or email us contact@pilipalawebdesign.com and we can send you the file to upload it via FTP to your packages folder. Please make sure to include your email address and which version you would like (latest or another version).
Otherwise, I am guessing this may be a temporary issue, but I will look into it and let you know what I find out.
