A: Yes, In the admin area go to: Scrapbook -> Global -> (there is a scrapbook called "My_Site_Name"). Click Edit there.

Q: Can i change the base color of the Theme ?.
A: Yes, after you install the theme, go to the Pages and Themes area, in the Simplicity theme area, click the Customize button.
