To install this theme, simply save it your project via concrete5.org, then go to your websites dashboard, add functionality, and solitude should be available on the right side. Alternatively you can download this package to your computer and upload it to root/packages. Download and install it, then go to pages/themes and activate the theme. You will then probably want to apply the page type two column or three column to your home page, which will create a full width area above with columns below it.
To customize go to your sites dashboard, pages themes, and scroll down to solitude. Click on the customize button next to solitude, and change the various color schemes to your liking. There are over 50 customizable areas! The prefixes they have indicate the style they modify, so green link is to modify the link color for the green template, while link would modify the link template across the board except for the mobile layout, which is prefixed by mobile. You can also customize the styles above, and various default stylings across all the templates.
This theme comes with several classes that you can add via the styles functionality in c5- edit the block, then click on styles and a dropdown should appear with these available.

Solitude comes with a number of built in color schemes. To change them, ftp to root/packages/theme_solitude/themes/solitude/elements.header.php and on the 51st line it should say

change blue to red, pink, grey, or green and you color will automatically be selected. Don't know how to ftp? you can use cpanels file manager, or learn how to use ftp here.

If you want any features that you think this theme should have but doesn't, either pm me through my concrete5 profile or click on the feature requests button on this themes page on concrete5.org. Either way, ill try to respond soon. If its something only you want, ill just email you with a new version. If its something that I realize that the theme could really use though, Ill update the theme with that feature and grant you another free license for this theme. If you suggest a feature that I don't want in the theme, I can release it for you, but I will not for the general public, and you will not get a free license.
