Image slider not scaling properly

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I'm using the Stucco theme for a website that I manage. When we add images to the slider on the Home page, they don't scale properly. On my smartphone you can see the total picture but when viewing on pc the image kind of zooms to the screen/browser and not vice versa. When you zoom out in the browser you can view more of the picture but still not everything.

Is it possible to change this so that the image fits properly on all devices?

If you need more information, feel free to ask!
