What happened to the documentation?

The documentation on this theme is essential. The site is down. Is it coming back?

The site is still down - documentation no where to be found. Not sure where to go now.
The demo site (which is also the documentation) has been down for several weeks now. I was just going to write a support request for this myself.
But it seems as if other themes have the same problem. Maybe it has something to do with the domain myconcretelab.com as other themes seem to have lost their demo site as well.
It would be great to have the documentation online again, it was extremely helpful and I absolutely love the theme!
