Hi,
I have 4 questions:
- can placeholders be added to email and telephone number fields (not available in standard C5 form)?
- can "required" be replaced with * or some other icon?
- can labels be left out (replaced by placeholders)?
- can an either/or dependancy be added as in "fill in either email or phone number field"?

The only design option this package gives you is to put error messages below each field. Other than that the answer is no to all your questions.
