Check individual message for spam reason
Permalink Browser Info Environment
Is there a way to check why a particular message is treated as spam?
I'm monitoring the AddOn I installed on the site psrsolicitors.co.uk last week and so far have two false positives out of 400 spam messages. The first one exceeded the number of URLs setting but the second looks absolutely fine.
It would be good to have some visibility on this and then be able to fine-tune settings accordingly.

That's absolutely the kind of thing I was looking for. Thanks
It's like we're communicating telepathically at this point :)
Could I bother you to leave a review for the plugin, please? No pressure of course.

I've been holding off on the review while testing first on my site and then on this rather spammy client site.
It's working really well so it is certainly time for a good review now. I'll add a few words very soon.

Thank you so much for your incredible review and I'm glad the package solved a problem for you.
Originally, if you selected to log the spam messages (setting at the bottom) the plugin would include a second log explaining the reason why it was flagged as spam.
With the latest update you can fine tune that. You can select which spam type you want to be notified about. For instance, you can be pretty sure that if the honeypot is filled or the message is submitted too fast it's spam and you don't really need to be notified about it.
Now with these new settings the notification email you will receive will also include the reason it was flagged and if you select to log it as well, the reason will be available there as well.
So first select the spam types you want to log or receive an email about and then at the bottom select whether you want to log or email them or both.
Keep in mind that the emails notifying you about a spam attempt contain the content of the message itself and might be flagged as spam by your Email client...
Will that work for your purpose?
