Do you see the extra icon in your CKEditor?
In fact what is the CK Editor ? Look at the attach file : a screencopy of the block when I edit it.

Is it possible to change the colors of the differents parts of code ? For exemple, the screen copy in the attach file show the code highlighted in Geany (a code editor)

You can change the theme via the dashboard settings page.
If you need more customization, you need to add those changes to your own CSS files, and make sure they override the styles.
