Hide block based on viewing another block

I am a beginner and am looking for an add-on which can hide a block, based on clicking another block.
Is this possible with this add-on? If so, is it already built in, or does it need a developer to program?
Also, do you have a demo site so I can look at the edit side of this add-on?

Unfortunately this add-on hasn't sold a single time. It's not possible for me to maintain this add-on for only a small number of buyers. I've therefore added a warning on the marketplace page. https://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/conditional-content/...
