how to make full screen slideshow

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Thanks Jero for making this versatile Addon available, - for free!
Is it possible to run the slide show full screen?
I tried to add object-fit: cover; in the css without success. Do I need to add this to the containing area?
Maybe somebody else had already this idea.
Thank you very much for your answer.

It should be possible.

The width of the slider is constrained by its surrounding container, and the css has a rule making the image 100% wide, so you would need to define an area in your page's theme that is not constrained by any container or other div etc. Alternatively, if you're using a page area that allows you to add a grid to it, try setting the block's settings to "disable grid container".

Note that the slides scale proportionally, so unless your slides are 1920x1080 or an equivalent ratio of width to height, they are unlikely to cover the entire height of the viewport. In other words, the slides would need to have the same h/w ratio as your viewport.
