iframe won't expand to full height in Chrome and IE

I had Dynamic Iframe working exactly the way I wanted it to, you can see it here working perfectly in Firefox:

However I just noticed that it's not working in IE and Chrome any more, and I'm not sure why! I just get a very small frame window. The settings I have used must be right as it is fine in Firefox and I'm sure it was working recently. Does anyone have any ideas?
Also, I'm not sure if it's relevant but I am getting an error message when I try to install or do anything with add ons:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class DynamicIframePackage in /home/sites/obanphoenix.com/public_html/packages/dynamic iframe/controller.php on line 30

When I usehttp://www.obanphoenix.com/whats/... it works on all browsers
When I usehttp://obanphoenix.com/whats/ it doesn't, so I'll investigate this as I think I can figure that out... Still doesn't explain the error message though!
