Single Quotes displaying as encoded value in the email and result

Permalink Browser Info Environment
When single quotes are added in the form they display as the following "&\#039;"

I was able to narrow down that this issue is occurring with PHP version 7.4 and not occurring with PHP version 7.1

Could you please help us determine how this can be resolved for PHP version 7.4

Hi,

That's weird. If I'm right the mail uses the "decoder" from concrete. So it should happen on other forms as well. Could you try to create a Basic form and see if it's also happening there?

I encountered the same issue in 2.1.7.1 that single quotes are encoded in the email message. I'm getting this value:

40&\#039;000

instead of:

40'000

So it's hard to read and guess whats the exact number for people who are getting that mail.
