Spacing between columns

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I am having problems with two columns layouts,
I was able to create the required fields on each column, however, when they display they are all together!... there is no space between the columns. is there a way to assign a class to the fields or even better to the complete form?, where do you do that? and can you provide a simple example, so I can get an idea?

Thank you

Look like an theme or template issue.
If you are using bootstrap in your theme, make sure you select a template for the form that matches bootstrap.

If that doens't work you need to create your own template or add custom classes. But the latter is not the best way to go.
