Upgrade path from formidable_forms

I have an existing 8.x site that's using `formidable_forms` and I'm working on updating it to the latest 9.2.7. What steps do I need to take to migrate to formidable and concrete version 9?
Is the intended path:
1. Disable formidable_forms by deleting the Packages database table row for `formidable_forms`
2. Update the site to 9.2.7
3. Install formidable with import?
Is that correct? Or is there a different path that doesn't require manually modifying the database?

Sorry I meant to refer to `formidable_full`*

The best way to go is this:
1. Backup your DB
2. Uninstall Formidable Full (just use the uninstall button in Extend Concrete)
3. Uncheck the "Remove all" - checkbox. So the data persists after removal.
4. Then install Formidable (v9)
5. It will ask you to import (and remove) the old data
6. Done!
