why is my gallery in Dutch?

For some reason my Gallery is in dutch. I have tried to figure out how to change it to english but cannot. There's no text in the album view but once i go into the albums instead of saying "return to albums" it says
"Terug naar de albums". Also has dutch whith the zoom button on the enlarged photos. How do i fix this?
