Logout link doesn't work with ConcreteCMS 9 (patch included)

Permalink Browser Info Environment
The 'logout' method is deprecated and has been replaced with 'do_logout'. It appears to have happened already for the release of 8.2.0, and the old method has apparently faded away to non-functionality, 'cause now, nothing happens when pressing the logout link.

I'm attaching a patch.
