Hi,
Are there any drawbacks to using this addon? Is there any risk of it harming the DB?
It sounds good, old/large sites end up with quite big DB's, be good to keep that in check

The add-on runs a optimize statement via MySQL on all the concrete5 tables. There are no drawbacks that I'm aware of, nor have I or any users of this add-on experienced any problems.
