Make popup have on-click event to another page...

We are showing some Vimeo videos on a site we're working on. At the end of each video there is an invite for the user to click the video to visit a "start a trial" page.
I don't see a way to do this, so I am asking if there is some pretty easy way to make this happen. I did try to put linked text into the Description in the Popup, but that didn't work out.
Any ideas or suggestions?

I think you can easily achieve this with Youtube videos using annotations. Other than that we can offer you a paid customisation for the description to allow external links @ $45. Just let me know if u want to proceed with that.
