I would like to know how I can translate the page options buttons? I need it in french. Which file and where?

If you wish to translade this block for personal use ONLY then please do so.

The file you will need to edit is in fact 'view.php'. This file is what users see on the page.

You may need to look through other files, depending on how much and what parts you would like to translade.
