Editing Announcement - Glitch

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hello,

We are having a HUGE issue on our new school district websitehttp://www.susd.org. When one of the 30-60 web authors edits an event on their school page the entire website loses its template. The background disappears and the navigation bar and all of its structure is gone for at least 10 minutes before I have to restart the website on the server to fix it. This issue only happens when someone edits a pre-existing event. Concrete could not find a solution as it was an issue with Pro-Blog. I cannot reinstall the announcements because we will lose everything and school begins next week. Can you please help us find this bug and correct it? I attached an image of what the navigation bar looks like when this happens.

I am not entirely sure. Where can I go to see this in the dashboard? Under debug settings we have "show errors in page".

Its the CSS that stops loading when it happens.

Can you please email me at aholleb@susd.org? It has happened at least 5 times this morning and we need a solution as soon as possible.
