Exporting Blog to install on new site

Permalink Browser Info Environment
We are updating a clients site and wish to export the blog from their old/existing site into their new site which is being hosted on a new server. Can you please give us advice on how to do this.

FYI, the new site is being built on Concrete v5.6.3.2

Thanks

I would like to know how to export / backup posts too for the same reason.

Could you please post the answer here so that others can see it (or is this some way to ensure only people that have purchased your add-on are able to get help)?

Hi. We never got any response to our request for help after we purchased the addon. I don't think there is any support at the moment.
