A little more information would be great. Is the block giving you an error message? Are you unable to install it? Whats the url?

Hi,
And thanks for your prompt answer.
The block was installed with no problem.
After the tweet is done and after the consequent check is made, nothing happens.
No error message appears, not any other similar kind of message and, most of all, no download starts.
I wonder what can be wrong?

Yes, but that involved repeated tweets from the same twitter handler.

I'm sorry, I cannot let you have you ftp and site access.
There is a lot of work done there and my partner does not agree.
Isn't there another workaround?

Of course and I believe I did what you were supposed to..... test and evaluate.

As I said:

I can't keep testing what you should have done before posting the app for sale.
I supported you at the extent that was feasible. This help reached its limit.
As I said. I lost hope with your app.
Refund me.

If you fix it, let us know. I might then consider buying.

The app was tested before publishing. Both by me, and by the third party
developers in the marketplace, and everyone could get it to work. So that's
why its hard to fix your site, because it has an issue that has never been
seen before. If you don't cooperate with support then you aren't going to
get a refund.

That is an excuse.
I don't think my site is a rare exception that you cannot handle.
I've seen other complaints from others.
That should narrow your perception of a rule and widen the exception.
WIth that note, I'd also like to add, when I bought your app I did not subscribe to be your pro bono beta tester.
Please refund, as a respect to the rules.
No other comment.

Just keep getting the "The twitter account you specified has not tweeted the required message or has already been used" message.

Also i see that remove this block from a page, does not removes the database instants. When changing the block on the page makes a new instance in the database.

I see the database fields : filePassword, usedNames are set to "NULL"?

Also i can not see the file on the page for download, only after it get tweeted?

thats the goal of this add-on, to only display the file after a tweet gets made

Why does this matter? Its part of the internals of this add-on, you don't need to worry about them.

for some reason I can't view your site. Do you have a url other than the ip address?
From what you describe though, it sounds as if you have already tweeted Godda tweet once. (or has it never worked) The way the block works is that once a twitter account has tweeted something, it is not allowed to be used again- otherwise people could simply give the twitter account of someone who has tweeted the message, and download the file without tweeting it themselves.

If however, this process has never worked and you have always gotten the message about the account already being used (even the first time you tried to use this block) that is a bug and I can try to debug.

From what you said in your earlier post though, it sounded like at least one time you were able to download the file.
