Two-factor Login Security also works with the following apps. It will probably work with others but these here have been tested.

This is the one I use and it is great.

The most important advantage it has over Google Authenticator is the possibility to save your settings in the cloud. As a result, you can install it on another phone and all your account settings are synced to your new phone.

With Google Authenticator if you lose or change your phone you're out of luck.

I haven't tested this one personally but users have reported using it and it works with Two-factor Login Security.
