Change text color of drop down nav

I have a website that I am redoing:http://eponaracingstable.com/c5/...
When you hover over Current News a drop down appears. I want to change the text on the drop down to black (only the drop down).
Any ideas? I know that I need to change something in the view.php in (root)/packages/ukao_menu/blocks/ukao_menu - but I am not sure what to change
