Changing the logo

I searched around and found a post that shows what looks to be an easy way to add a logo in place of the sitename.

It works OK, but not on all pages. Like on this page it doesn't work, still shows the sitename. Is there a fix for this or another way to to change the logo for all pages?

If you can give me a passw and username I'll log in and see what the problem is. It's gotta be in the c5 core not the theme.
